The Role: Group HR Manager
This is a permanent full-time role based at our Head Office in Markinch, involving some travel across the business sites and is an excellent opportunity to utilise your knowledge whilst progressing your career.
The key performance areas of this role are:
• Leadership qualities to influence and negotiate at senior level on potential risks and impacts to the group.
• Ownership for the development of the team to improve individual and business performance.
• Delivers knowledge of external changes that will impact the business are communicated and implemented.
• Responsible for setting department targets to influence KPIs for each business unit.
• Prioritse tasks to ensure the department delivers results to the organisation goals.
• Analyse business processes and seek solutions to ensure the business is equipped to achieve business plan goals.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Demonstrate that you delivered previous achievements in a similar role.
• Aids the senior management team in delivering a robust business plan to the group.
• Previous experience of managing and developing a team
• Awareness of industry standards and statutory procedures.
• A can do attitude and seek continuous improvement in performance and processes.
• Be an effective communicator and demonstrate the company values.
